Carrack-Class Light Cruiser

Part of the Carrack-class Light Cruiser thing I'm doing. TOTALLY MADE-UP STORY BELOW.The Void Strider was stationed in the Abafar system under the command of Captain Connor during the Galactic Civil War doing... pretty much nothing. As soon as word of the Emperor's death reached them, the entire crew defected, becoming mercenaries-for-hire.

Ok, that's true.

Honestly, I would tone this down quite a bit. You already have huge batteries on the Carrack. Maxed out, you're putting out more firepower than an Imperial Star Destroyer. Who would want to play against that?Adding 1 die is good. 2 is a lot.

How about that?

Scary to use. Compare to Devastator (Imperial Star Destroyer) which lets you DISCARD a defense token to add a single blue die to your front arc - for 10 points. Much more restrictive and more of a sacrifice to use as you can't recover the token (without a specific upgrade). Also more limited as you only have 4 tokens to play with.Yours allows you to sacrifice a renewable resource, up to 4 times per turn, to any hull zone (even the rear), for 8 points. So a price increase is in order I think. How much is tricky. If you only take 2 dice, you can cancel the effects of the title with an Engineering command plus a token (granted it's ironically more useful if you already have reduced shields since you have to resolve the Engineering effect before you attack, but still.). This should maybe be somewhere in the high teens. You'll have to play around with it I think.
